These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NocoBase Page Converter service ("Service") operated by Inducera ("we", "us", "our"). By activating a license and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The Service migrates NocoBase v1 page definitions (UI schemas) to v2 format (FlowModel) by connecting to the customer's own NocoBase instance via its public API. The Service creates new v2 pages โ it does not modify or delete original v1 pages.
The Service is provided as a web-based SaaS application accessible at converter.inducera.eu.
2. Best Effort โ No Guarantee
The conversion is performed on a best-effort basis.
NocoBase is a highly flexible platform with a large number of possible configurations. We cannot guarantee that all combinations of blocks, fields, and plugins are handled correctly.
- Inducera does NOT guarantee that converted pages are error-free or functionally identical to the original.
- Each conversion is automatically verified by reading back created models from the API and comparing them to the v1 source. Verification coverage varies by page complexity.
- Known limitations include: Chart blocks, AuditLog blocks, and deeply nested popup models may not be fully converted or cleaned up.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Backup: You are responsible for creating a complete backup of your NocoBase instance (database and file storage) before starting any conversion.
- Verification: You are responsible for verifying converted pages after migration before using them in production.
- API Token: You are responsible for ensuring that the API token used has appropriate permissions. We recommend using a token with full administrative rights for conversion to work correctly.
- Environment: You are responsible for ensuring your NocoBase instance is running a compatible version (v1.x with API access).
4. Limitation of Liability
- Inducera is NOT liable for data loss, downtime, or other damages arising from the use of the Service.
- Inducera is NOT liable for incompatibilities between converted pages and future NocoBase updates.
- Inducera's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the license.
5. Data Handling
5.1 What We Do NOT Store
- We do not permanently store your NocoBase data, schemas, page definitions, or API tokens.
- We do not share any data with third parties.
5.2 What We Store
- Connection data: Your API URL and token are stored in a server-side PHP session with a 24-hour lifetime. The session is destroyed on logout or timeout.
- Conversion history: Page name, timestamp, status, and verification results are stored in JSON files on our server for your reference.
- Feedback: If you submit feedback or issue reports, the content (and email, if provided) is stored to enable us to respond and improve the Service.
- Consent records: Timestamps of your agreement to these Terms are logged for legal compliance.
6. License
- A license grants the right to use the Service according to the selected license tier (number of pages, validity period).
- The license is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
- License tiers and pricing are published at our pricing page and may be changed. Existing licenses are not affected by price changes.
7. Cleanup and Reversal
- Converted v2 pages can be removed via the conversion history in the app. The original v1 page is never touched.
- Cleanup removes the v2 route, root page model, and tab models. However, deeply nested popup models may remain as orphans and need manual cleanup.
- Cleanup is provided as a convenience โ it is not a full rollback mechanism. Your pre-conversion backup is your safety net.
8. Support and Issue Reporting
- We welcome feedback and issue reports. You can report problems directly in the app.
- We commit to investigating reported problems but do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved.
- Support is provided via email. Response time: 2โ5 business days.
- Contact: nocobasetools@inducera.eu
9. Intellectual Property
- The Service, its code, conversion engine, and documentation are the intellectual property of Inducera.
- NocoBase is a trademark of NocoBase Co., Ltd. Inducera is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NocoBase Co., Ltd.
- Your data remains your property at all times.
10. Changes to These Terms
Inducera reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Existing licenses are not affected by changes made after purchase.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
